- Design and perform proteomics experiments (eg, TMT, DIA, DDA)

- Develop and optimize sample preparation workflows

- Perform operation, maintenance and data acquisition on high-resolution mass spectrometers

- Analyze data using advanced pipelines and support biological interpretation.

- characterize and develop potential biomarkers for early detection of heart failure

- Ensure compliance with lab safety, QC standards, and data integrity policies

- Maintains highly organized sample and data tracking and reporting workflow

Requirements

- BS or MS in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering or related field

- Experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics and data analysis

- Experience in sample preparation for proteomics analysis

- Experience in operating Thermo nano liquid chromatography and Orbitrap mass spectrometer
