- By signing/submitting this Application Form, I consent to the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Centre (“Company”), and any third party acting on behalf of SMART Centre:
- Processing my Personal Data for any purpose directly or indirectly connected with:
- - My application for employment with the Company including but not limited to background and reference checks; evaluation for job suitability, eligibility or qualifications; recruitment or hire; verification of data and information provided; retention of my Personal Data for future job positions in the Company and/or
- - Compliance with applicable laws and regulations and/or legal proceedings (collectively the "Purposes"); and
- Processing my Personal Data outside Singapore for such Purposes.Such Processing shall be during and for a reasonable period after my application for employment to the Company and shall be in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
- Processing my Personal Data for any purpose directly or indirectly connected with:
- I agree that Processing my Personal Data is necessary for my application for employment and the Company is unable to proceed with my application if I do not agree to provide my Personal Data or to Processing my Personal Data as required.
- I agree to provide to the Company and any third party acting on behalf of SMART Centre, Personal Data relating to third parties including my referees ("Third Parties") to be Processed for any of the Purposes as required by the Company. I confirm that I have obtained the consent of such Third Parties to the Processing of their Personal Data before providing their Personal Data as required.
In this Application Form, "Personal Data" refers to data about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data in combination with other information to which the organisation may have access and "Processing" refers to the collection, use, disclosure and/or transfer of Personal Data.
