Project Overview
The Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) IRG is a translational research and entrepreneurship program that tackles the growing health threat posed by drug-resistant microbes. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable team player to join us for an intense, two-month research stint to investigate epitranscriptomic regulation in Enterococcus faecalis.
Job Description
- Executing experiments involving mass spectrometric analysis of modified RNA, molecular cloning, and bacterial growth (with minimal supervision)
- Keeping meticulous notes and recording experimental details in a lab notebook
- Processing, analysing, and reporting data in a timely manner
- Executing all assigned tasks diligently and effectively
Job Requirements
- Diploma holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in bacterial culture, molecular cloning, and RNA isolation is required.
- Experience working under BSL-2 biosafety conditions is an advantage.
